AI Statement

At Granite Belt Support Services, we may leverage Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies to enhance the efficiency, accuracy, and responsiveness of our services. Any AI systems we used will preserve the preservation of Australian Privacy Principles (APP).  These AI tools are designed to support—not replace—human decision-making, ensuring that all outcomes are reviewed and validated by qualified professionals.

Any supports or services directly delivered using AI tools will be disclosed prior to engagement, with consent sought from participants.  A non-AI alternative will be offered where available.

We are committed to transparency, privacy, and ethical use of AI. All data processed by our AI tools is handled in accordance with applicable privacy laws and our internal data governance policies. We do not use AI to make autonomous decisions that affect individuals without human oversight.
